TESTIMONIALS

"George Mason is a superb mediator. He is very respectful of the parties and is quite successful

at arriving at a mutually agreeable result."

-Attorney Jim Libien

"I have known Judge Mason for more than 25 years. During that time, we have attended many of the same legal conferences and he has served as the Mediator on several of my cases. He is knowledgeable, honest, fair, and kind. I must add, he is one of only a few Mediators who can reel me in when I get "overly passionate" during mediations. If you have a case that you need settled or have a difficult case, Judge Mason should

be the Mediator of choice."

-Attorney Linda J. Brown

"Judge Mason has been a successful Mediator and Arbitrator with our program for over 15 years.

He has always been well prepared, has thoroughly researched each case prior to the meetings, and has worked diligently to try to settle cases during Mediations. His Arbitration decisions have always been detailed, well thought out, and comprehensive.

He is personable, professional, and effective.

There is no doubt in my mind that having Judge Mason as a Mediator and Arbitrator has contributed immensely to the

success of our program."
